Welcome to Blarney Farms
Faith Led, Farm Fed, Irish Bred
Welcome to Blarney Farms.
We believe and trust that God provides abundantly through our community, the land, and the natural gifts from our goats, chickens, and cows. It's our joy to care for those blessings and share them with others.
Our story began in 2020 on a single acre in Chipley, Florida, with five chickens, two goats, and a dream of building something meaningful. Like many good farm stories, it started small and grew one animal, one fence post, and one leap of faith at a time. Today, Blarney Farms is home to a lively flock of chickens, a herd of registered Mini Nubian and registered Purebred Nubian dairy goats, and Jersey and British White/Mini Jersey cattle—all of whom seem convinced they're the ones running the farm.
We're Everett and Tammy, and while we still work full-time careers to support the farm, our hearts are in the pasture. Every early morning, late evening, muddy boot, and sore muscle is an investment in a life centered on faith, family, and stewardship.
We believe healthy animals and healthy soil go hand in hand, which is why we practice rotational grazing and focus on simple, thoughtful animal husbandry. We aren't interested in shortcuts. We believe the best things take time, patience, hard work, and faith in God's provision.
At Blarney Farms, you'll find fresh goat milk, A2A2 cow milk, goat cheese, yogurt, and farm-fresh eggs. In accordance with Florida law, our goat and cow milk are not pasteurized and are sold for pet consumption only.
Our farm is built on faith, hard work, and the belief that good food connects people to the land and to one another. We are grateful for every customer who chooses to support local agriculture and become part of our story.
Whether you're stopping by for eggs, picking up milk, or simply sharing a conversation at the gate, you're always welcome here. Pull up a chair, stay awhile, and if a bit of Irish luck follows you home, we won't argue with it.

Blarney Farms
meet the clan
Every farm has a story, and every story has its characters. Around here, we're blessed with plenty of both.
While Everett and Tammy may pay the bills with their full-time jobs, there's no doubt the animals believe they are the real owners of Blarney Farms. Each one has a personality, a purpose, and occasionally a strong opinion about how things should be done.
Some are natural leaders. Some are troublemakers. Some are gentle souls who enjoy a scratch behind the ears, while others are convinced every closed gate is simply a suggestion. They greet us each morning, keep us humble, make us laugh, and remind us daily of God's provision and the joy found in simple things. They are more than farm animals—they are part of our family and part of the story we're building here at Blarney Farms.
Our livestock guardians, Lizzy and Huck, take their responsibilities very seriously—or at least Huck does. Lizzy seems convinced she's earned a well-deserved retirement. On warm afternoons, she's been known to scale the fence and settle beneath the porch in the shade, leaving Huck to patrol the farm and protect everyone on his own. Fortunately, Huck takes his job seriously enough for the both of them.
We also have three cats. Their primary talents include catching the occasional mouse, being a general nuisance, and appearing the moment dog food is served.
As you explore, you'll have the chance to meet the personalities behind Blarney Farms. From beloved herd matriarchs and dependable milk makers to faithful guardians and feathered troublemakers, every member of the clan has a story to tell.
Stay tuned as we introduce the clan, one character at a time. We think you'll love them as much as we do.
